At Pro Engine Parts Direct, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to keep our return process transparent and fair.


30-Day Return Policy (Important)

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days.
  • Any request made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification will not be accepted.

Free Returns — United States Only

  • Free returns are available only within the continental United States.
  • Orders from the following U.S. regions are not eligible:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Puerto Rico
    • Guam
    • U.S. Virgin Islands
    • Armed Forces addresses (AA, AE, AP)

Orders from these locations are not processed and are therefore not eligible for returns.


International Returns (Customer Paid)

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Return shipping charges are calculated exactly the same as the original shipping charges.
  • Return costs depend on:
    • Destination country
    • item weight
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed international return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, installed, or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom-made or special-order products

Refund Processing

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns that fail inspection will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

How to Request a Return

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning any item to receive return authorization and instructions.
